7-Day Return Policy

  1. Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
  2. Return requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if:

  1. The item is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered
  2. The product does not match the description or images shown on ASIN MART
  3. The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  4. Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Items returned after 7 days
  2. Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  3. Items marked as non-returnable by the seller
  4. Innerwear, personal care, hygiene products (if applicable)
  5. Customized or made-to-order products
  6. Digital or downloadable items

Return Process

  1. Log in to your ASIN MART account and raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide valid reason and supporting images (if required).
  3. The seller will review and approve the return request.
  4. Return pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared.
  5. Once the returned product is received and verified, the return will be completed.

Return Shipping

  1. Return shipping may be arranged by the seller or customer based on seller policy.
  2. If the return is due to seller error (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping charges may be covered by the seller.
  3. In other cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Exchange or Refund

  1. Upon successful return, the customer may receive a refund or replacement, depending on seller policy and product availability.
  2. Refunds will be processed as per ASIN MART’s Refund Policy.

Seller Responsibility

  1. Individual sellers are responsible for approving and processing returns.
  2. ASIN MART acts as a facilitator and is not liable for seller-specific return decisions.
