At ASIN MART, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders can be cancelled on our platform.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  1. Customers may cancel an order only before it is shipped.
  2. Once the order has been shipped or out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.
  3. Cancellation requests must be made through the customer’s ASIN MART account.

Order Cancellation by Seller

  1. Sellers reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
  2. Product unavailability
  3. Pricing or listing errors
  4. Quality issues
  5. Delivery limitations
  6. In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be initiated.

Cancellation by ASIN MART

ASIN MART reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  1. Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  2. Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  3. Violation of platform policies
  4. Unforeseen circumstances beyond control

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  1. If an order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  3. No cancellation charges apply if the order is cancelled before shipment.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  1. Orders already shipped or delivered
  2. Customized or made-to-order products
  3. Digital or downloadable products
  4. Orders marked as non-cancellable by the seller
